Single Figurine Pelican

"Where's my fish?", this hungry contemporary seems to ask. With his beak wide open, the artist Peter Strang created a detailed likeness of the pelican in 1965. The unmistakable skin sac on the lower beak makes this bird figurine unique. The detailed workmanship is an expression of the unique craftsmanship. While some creations are elaborately hand-painted, the 22 cm high bird figurine dispenses with color accents and lets the beauty of the porcelain shine through.
